Business Description
Founded in 1985, Katharine T. Carter & Associates is the only company in the country - exclusively for artists – providing museum and gallery placement, and comprehensive promotional support, as well as educational programming, public relations and marketing services. Activities are conducted in the continental US.
Museum Placement
Provides museums and museums on college and university Services campuses, better college and university galleries, art centers and alternative spaces with rental-free exhibitions and visual art lectures by the Company’s distinguished Associates.
Gallery Placement
Provides commercial galleries, art consultants and curators of Services corporate collections with up-to-date information on current artist clients whose work is appropriate to area of focus and interest, both in New York City and nationally. The New York Presence Program directs promotional efforts to the tri-state area. National Gallery Placement Program focus is the United States and major metropolitan areas.
Promotional
Support Production of promotional materials, including catalogue, color Services announcement cards and complete public relations support materials, as well as full media relations services in conjunction with exhibitions organized through the Company.

Fine Art Lecture
Since 1985, the Company has provided over 1,000 lectures and Services professional development seminars nationwide. Visual Art lectures and instructional seminars are provided by the company’s distinguished Associates.
